If the item purchased doesn’t meet the customer’s needs in terms of size, the consumer can require, as alternative to the right of withdrawal – see the informative on right of withdrawal on the page dedicated to the general conditions of sale - also the procedure of the size change, within 14 days from the date in which, also through a designated third party, different from the vector, has acquired the physical possession of the Products, so in case of a contract relatives to multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately, from the day in which the Customer or a third party, different from the designated vector and from whom designated, has acquired the physical possession of the least product. It’s not possible to replace the item purchased with an article of a different typology.

In order to benefit from the change of measure the Customer has to use online return procedure, send an email at expressing the desire of changing measure of the item purchased, specifying the number of the order received at the time of confirmation of the purchase on the site Quellogiusto and the article for which he wants to change the size.

Online return procedure is accessible directly in the account of registered users (returns section) while for non-registered users it is necessary to access request new return section.

Products has to be sent to Quellogiusto at the address mentioned above without delays and, in any cases, within 14 days from the day in which Quellogiusto has authorized the request of change size. The term is respected when the Customer send products before the limits of 14 days. Shipping costs of the return are charged by the Customer.

For the return of the Products for size change the Customer can also use the pick-up service by express courier BRT, GLS or DHL organized by Quellogiusto. The service must be booked by contacting Quellogiusto at the email address specifying the date and address where the Products will be collected. The cost of the collection service for change of measure is € 8.00 and must be paid in cash only to the courier appointed at the time of delivery of the replacement Product (nothing must be paid instead at the time of withdrawal of the Products for which it was asked for the size change). The service is only available for collection in Italy and the choice of courier is made exclusively by Quellogiusto.

Products has to be returned or delivered using a box suitable for the transport (for example the packaging with which they were received), entered in their original package (for example the shoe box) perfectly intact without adding adhesive tape or labels, whole, not used, not worned, not washed, not damaged and they must have their identification tag or label or seal. In particular, goods must not present any signs of use, other than those compatible with the performance of a normal test of the article, so they will not have to trace a prolonged use (over a few minutes) exceeding the time necessary for a test and not be in a state that does not allow them to be resold. Quellogiusto can’t accept the return if these conditions will not be correctly respected and if the label or the sticker or the seal will not be intact and attached to the Products. In addition, the Customer can’t request size change in the case of Custom Products or Sealed Products that do not lend themselves to be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection and that have been opened after delivery.

After veryfing the right execution of terms and conditions above indicated, Quellogiusto will send the replace product to the Customer without delay and however within (14) fourteen days from the day in which he has received the item for which size change was required.

The no acceptance of the return will be communicated to the Customer from Quellogisuto, via email. The Customer, can La mancata accettazione della restituzione verrà comunicata al Cliente da Quellogiusto, via email. However, the Customer may, at his own expense, recover the Products in the state in which they were returned to Quellogiusto. Quellogiusto will be not responsible for the refund or the compensation concerning item sent but never received by Quellogiusto because of loss, theft or damage not attributable to Quellogiusto. The Customer will be held responsible for the decrease in the value of the Products resulting from a different handling than necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation.
